Holiday Returns Policy
Items shipped between November 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010 may be returned until January 31, 2011 subject to our other return guidelines listed below.
General Policy for Returns & Exchanges
Most new, unopened items may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement (delivery date is based on courier tracking records). Items should be returned in their original product packaging and include all original accessories and documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration cards, discs, batteries, etc.) Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (we recommend using a traceable method).
To initiate a return simply contact us via email at email@example.com or by using the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of this page and we’ll respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Note: We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if it does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy upon inspection (missing packaging, parts, accessories, etc.).
Movies, Video Games & Software
Must be in brand new condition and unopened / sealed in the original plastic wrap in order to be returned. (This applies to Blu-Rays, DVDs, Video Games, Computer Software and other similar media).
Clothing, Accessories & Handbags
Must show no signs of wear and have all original tags, stickers, labels, etc. attached.
If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item simply contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of this page and we’ll respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Receiving a Refund
We’ll issue a full refund after we receive, inspect and process your return. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Expect your refund to be posted within 3 weeks of sending the item back to us (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).
- Prepaid game cards (Xbox 360 Live, Xbox Points, Wii Points, etc.)
- Some health and personal care items
